Within several decades Hjulett and Pakkard were extremely prolific inventors and successful businessmen. They made transmitters for yachts, devices for the control of job of conditioners, amplifiers for phonographs, electric sensor controls for a bowling alley, mechanisms for management of telescopes and electronic masseurs for people with excess weight. William Hjulett (1913-2001) in days of the Second World War served as the officer of the Case of communication of Army of the USA. Having returned to the company in 1947, became its vice-president.
